There was a time when the ideas were only ideas—written in notebooks, imagined in my mind, and discussed as future projects.
Now, things have finally started.
The Khevaan Mars Anti-Ageing Protocol and training program are underway, and day by day I am beginning to see meaningful improvements. The objective is not simply to exercise or follow a temporary fitness routine. This is a long-term personal experiment focused on developing strength, speed, endurance, flexibility, physical performance, mental discipline, and healthy aging.
I am approaching the process step by step.
Rather than trying to transform everything overnight, I am building the foundation first: consistent training, better nutrition, recovery, mobility, discipline, and a structured approach to physical and mental development.
Progress Is Becoming Visible
The most encouraging part is seeing small improvements accumulate.
Strength is being developed progressively. Running and conditioning are being brought back into the routine. Mobility and flexibility are receiving more attention. Nutrition is becoming more structured. Most importantly, consistency is beginning to replace the stop-start cycle that has held me back in the past.
There is still an enormous amount of work ahead, but the direction has changed.
I have started.
More Projects Are Coming
Khevaan Mars is only one part of a much larger experiment.
As this training system develops, I intend to train for other projects and physical challenges as well. Different projects will require different combinations of strength, endurance, speed, coordination, mobility, and mental resilience.
The idea is to explore what the human body and mind can achieve when training becomes a long-term lifestyle rather than something done occasionally.
Each project will become another chapter of the experiment.
This Is Only the Beginning
I am not claiming that the transformation is complete. In fact, it is nowhere near complete.
This is the beginning of the process.
The goal is to document the journey honestly—the training, the improvements, the setbacks, the experiments, the lessons, and the evolution over time.
I want Khevaan Jyeshtha to become a record of that journey.
For years, I had plans.
Now, those plans are becoming actions.
The Khevaan Mars Anti-Ageing Protocol has begun.
And finally, things are moving.
